All phparm bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim promotions, will result in account suspension and forfeiture.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited on phparm. Violations result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phparm. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on phparm, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2.2 phparm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.3 These Terms are to be read in conjunction with phparm's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and phparm.
3.1 The phparm platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 phparm is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the phparm platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phparm makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on phparm:
3.4 phparm reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
4.1 To access phparm's games and services, you must create a registered account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.
4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) phparm account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phparm reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and up to date. phparm may require you to re-verify your information periodically or upon request.
4.4 phparm reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phparm account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.2 Any activity conducted through your phparm account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. phparm will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phparm immediately via the contact details provided in Section 17 of these Terms.
5.4 phparm recommends that players enable all available account security features, including two-factor authentication where offered, and use a strong, unique password for their phparm account.
6.1 All deposits to phparm are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). phparm accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the platform from time to time.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the phparm cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at phparm's discretion.
6.3 phparm does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may trigger an account review.
6.4 phparm does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. phparm is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
6.5 Deposits are credited to your phparm wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phparm is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in your own name and verified by phparm. phparm does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 Before a withdrawal can be processed, phparm may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of address. This requirement applies in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines.
7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the phparm cashier. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. phparm endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers.
7.4 phparm reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification procedures, investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
7.5 Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real money funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
8.1 phparm may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
8.3 phparm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified after a player has already opted in, phparm will honor the terms applicable at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between players to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion — is strictly prohibited. phparm reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
8.5 phparm reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
9.1 Each game available on phparm is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
9.2 All games on phparm use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are genuinely random and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other factor. phparm's RNG systems are subject to independent certification and periodic audit.
9.3 Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information section. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
9.4 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game round, phparm reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. phparm's decision in such matters is final.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phparm and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

11.1 phparm is committed to promoting responsible gaming. phparm provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Players may set or modify responsible gaming limits at any time through their phparm account settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period as specified in the platform settings.
11.3 Self-exclusion allows a player to suspend their phparm account for a defined period. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. phparm will take reasonable steps to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phparm platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phparm content without prior written consent from phparm.
12.3 The phparm name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phparm. Unauthorized use of phparm's trademarks is strictly prohibited.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phparm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phparm platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
13.2 phparm's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the phparm platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 phparm does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phparm will use reasonable endeavors to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phparm's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 phparm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phparm.net/privacy-policy. By using the phparm platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 phparm may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR or other regulatory and law enforcement authorities in the Philippines in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
15.1 phparm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phparm will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the phparm platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phparm platform shall first be referred to phparm's customer support team for resolution. phparm will endeavor to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phparm's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.4 phparm operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
